Your speed is....

For those who attended the Eagle Rock Civic Association meeting, please help me out.  I think I'm going crazy.  When asked, did we not state that the worst-offenders of speeding Moore Terrace were traveling UP the street?  I ask because of the placement of the radar at the top of the street clocking all those who had just turned the corner.  Is that thing gathering information for which to assess our stated traffic problem?  If so.......
